For our beginning players we introduce - Basic footwork, 6-corners, movement hitting front/back, side to side. Standard serves clears, drops, and smashes. Games rules.

For the tournament players. Advanced footwork, speed, power, endurance, with emphasis on 6-corners, Singles and Doubles rotation, serve and returns, singles and doubles strategies, attitude survey and testing.
